The U-Decide Moyo, Obongi and Adjumani project is a three-year intervention that is implemented by Reach A Hand Uganda in partnership with ACODEV and public health facilities with support from The Erik. E. and Edith H. Bergstrom Foundation. The project aims at increasing access to Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights and Family Planning Services to young people between the ages of 15-24 years and men above 35 years in the host and refugee communities. The program takes a demand generation approach through community structures i.e Village Health Teams (VHTs) and Peer Educators who refer young people to the Health Facilities for Family Planning services, permanent methods, and Cervical cancer screening services. U Decide MOA, is implemented in 18 health facilities in Moyo, Obongi and Adjumani Districts.
