Reach A Hand Uganda (RAHU) in partnership with Reproductive Health Uganda (RHU) are implementing the Standing Strong Together (SST) Project in Uganda. This project aims to contribute to the realisation of more progressive policies on Sexuality Education in Uganda by increasing the effectiveness of the SRHR movement in countering the narratives of fundamentalist groups. It’s on this background that we are looking for a consultant to assess the effectiveness and reach of the campaign messaging in counteracting opposition. The consultant will endeavour to assess the impact of the regional dialogues at the community level and to track the effectiveness and reach of the SST campaign messaging at the community level. This in turn is done to highlight the project’s achievements, good practices and lessons learnt.
