Victoria dove head first into her role at RAHU as the Programmes Officer (Disability Inclusion). She is strongly devoted to disability inclusion advocacy and sees through that young people with disabilities are included in sexual reproductive health programming. As a social worker with a disability, she continuously highlights the vitality of human rights, especially for those with disabilities. Other than that, Victoria also leads on programme implementation for other projects such as the ‘Make 12.4% work’ initiative which is aimed at enhancing employment for persons with disabilities and Uganda Business and Disability Network which is aimed at ensuring that employers are inclusive in hiring persons with disability. Working with RAHU has exposed Victoria to a remarkable work environment where she proactively engages with the youth with hope of impacting their lives.
