I have volunteered with RAHU since 2011 and I have seen it grow as evidenced through the different events, activities and set strategies in RAHU, I can truly say; I have had an amazing experience working with it and it has partly made me who I am today.
Through RAHU’s Peer Educators Academy that kicked off earlier in January 2014, I got to learn a lot from the different mentors who set the youth development strategies high hence benefiting much more to what was expected.
RAHU’s out reaches have also been a great deal to me and actually an amazing experience because they have groomed me into someone who can speak out to a large crowd with full confidence, which was not the case in the days before I joined RAHU, on that note I credit RAHU for that.
And then came the camp, being among those who tasted RAHU’s first sleep away camp in a period of six nights and five days introductory and learning sessions, I can gladly say everything came out successful through a lot of involvement and participation amongst campers, partners and the inspirational speakers who were part of the main drivers of the camp.
It was such another new amazing experience and therefore congratulate RAHU upon that and also on how far it has reached.
