The rise of cases of teenage pregnancy in Uganda indicates a deeper problem rooted in our social bases and if nothing is done about it, the foundations are set to crumble even further. Uganda, with one of the highest rates in Sub-Saharan Africa at over 25 per cent, faces an enormous task to cut these numbers to considerably low rates
