Carol is a giant ball of energy with an aptitude for his craft. Her previous vocation as a high-end realtor equipped her with people skills and a tenacious attitude; combined with his passion to motivate and inspire young people, she’s able to draft work plans and concept notes that are always best suited for projects and all the people involved. As the clinical manager, Carol also manages and implements projects, prepares proposals for sed projects on which he later drafts activity reports. What’s more, he handles communication such as project areas that concern district officials and young people. Generally, Carol is quite efficient and effective in the execution of his work which is owed to many years of experience. Her experience at RAHU has nonetheless provided him with a large social network and also enriched his knowledge and in SRHR.
