Herman is a giant ball of energy with an aptitude for his craft. His previous vocation as a high-end realtor equipped him with people skills and a tenacious attitude; combined with his passion to motivate and inspire young people, he’s able to draft work plans and concept notes that are always best suited for projects and all the people involved. As the programmes officer, Herman also manages and implements projects, prepares proposals for sed projects on which he later drafts activity reports. What’s more, he handles communication such as project areas that concern district officials and young people. Generally, Herman is quite efficient and effective in the execution of his work which is owed to many years of experience. His experience at RAHU has nonetheless provided him with a large social network and also enriched his knowledge and in SRHR.
