Since 2023, TABAN ISMAIL has served as a data clerk at Reach A Hand Uganda, where he plays a role in data management, coordinating and implementing field activities. The ability to develop and maintain a strong team work with the field officers ensures the effective and successful implementation of activities aimed at achieving the goals of the project through mentorship of peers.
